Have an awesome project you want to work on, or a module that will blow our minds? We’ll let you work on that on company time. You'll be given lots of time to contribute to drupal.org and other open source projects. We regularly contribute back Drupal modules that we've developed for clients. We have contributed to the Drupal 8 multilingual initiative by organizing and participating in code sprints.
